January 25, 2016

In 2015, the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS), with support from the California HealthCare Foundation, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and the New York State Health Foundation, gathered state and federal officials as well as research and policy experts to identify strategies for expanding access to housing for Medicaid beneficiaries who are chronically homeless.
